On his path to law school, Carl Williamson took a detour to follow his passion for all things design. "My childhood was a great gift..." Carl explains "I was exposed to art, architecture, fashion, interior design and extensive international travel." He says. "Those experiences seeped into my consciousness and informs my approach to design today." The decision to forgo a career in law and study interior design and architecture was a simple one, that was natural.

Currently serving the District of Columbia, Maryland & Virginia (DMV), as well as clients all over the United States, no matter where the location of your project is - our goal is to blend the natural elements, fashion, art, styles, and technology to create a unique design and lifestyle experience.
The firms Design DNA is based on Carls' edict to create custom interiors that reflect the lifestyle, taste and experiences of the client. The interiors are curated, layered and comfortable.
